The Accelerator Mentoring is completed face-to-face and conducted 1-2-1.
We will complete a thorough needs analysis and objective setting exercise (using SMART objectives)
before we commence work to ensure ongoing learning objectives and outcomes are achieved.
Your mentoring will follow a core set of objectives but will allow flexibility to cover any current business
and/or role related challenges that need to be addressed immediately.
After all, the world doesn't always stick to our best laid plans!
Our mentoring can be used in conjunction with our other coaching sessions or integrate
as part of a standalone activity within your existing training plans.
